4 Years to 7 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed as OSAHS in children aged 4-7 years; 2. swelling in tonsillitis and/or adenoids; 3. buccal respiration in daytime and /or night; 4. normal or insufficient width of tooth arch; 5. airway stenosis behind soft palate and/or root of tongue.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. nose obstruction; 2. pathological overweight; 3. suffering systemic disease; 4. sleep apnea caused by CNS.
