Age
18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Pancreas cancer who can not tolerate surgery; (2) tumor can not be removed by surgery; (3) the expected survival of more than 3 months; (4) the lesion(s) can be clearly shown in the airborne ultrasound; (5) no obvious obstructive jaundice; (6) enough sound channel; (7) signed informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Refuse to sign the informed consent; (2) ultrasound visualization of the lesion is not clear; (3) there are medical implantsin sound channel of HIFU treatment; (4) uncorrectable obstructive jaundice; (5)pancreatic cancer had received more than 45Gy radiotherapy.
