Age
18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. more than 6cm long trachea resection for malignant trachea carcinoma, tumor invading trachea and benign trachea disease; 2. failed sleeve resection which needs airway substitute to preclude pneumonectomy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. the loss of trachea is less than 4cm instead of anastomosis; 2. Invasion of grade 1 and 2 bronchus, which will accept regular resection without pneumonectomy.
