Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. the patients of poor differentiated HNSCC ; 2. T1-4aN0-2M0; 3. pathological examination: poor differentiated squamous cell carcinoma; 4. initial treatment(primary, without surgery, radiotherapy and chemotherapy); 5. Aged 18-70 years old; 6. KPS>80; 7. hemogram and the function of main organ such as heart, lung, liver and kidney were normal; 8. having the endoscopy, CT and MRI before formed into different groups; 9. sign the informed consent file, good compliance.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. uncontrollable epileptic seizure, disorder of central nervous system or unconsciousness cause by psychosis; 2. serious and uncontrollable infection; 3. main organ system failure (including heart ,lung ,liver and kidney); 4. reject training; 5. high and moderate differentiated squamous cell carcinoma.
