3 Years to 18 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged 3 years and more; 2. taken two or more antiepileptic drugs (AEDs) and had an epilepsy history of at least 1 year; 3. the seizure frequency was more than four partial seizure episodes per month, either with or without secondary generalization; 4. The daily dose of the concomitant AEDs were unchanged for the last one month prior to the baseline period and throughout the whole study duration.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a cardiac pacemaker, vagus nerve stimulator, or with metal implantation; 2. Patients suspected of suffering from progressive brain disorders.
