18 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. aged 18 to 70 years old; 2. the pathology diagnosed late (IV) of lung cancer; 3. after standard treatment failure; 4. PS score 0 to 1; 5. expected lifetime is more than 3 months; 6. before the side effects of treatment has been restored, elution phase of chemotherapy is more than 4 weeks, the molecular targeted drugs is more than 2 weeks; 7. main organs function is normal; 8. patients must be in their reproductie contraception; 9. Patients are volunteered.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. the pathological types of hybrid; 2. with tumor emergency, need to immediately; 3. vascular poor conditions; 4. coagulant function abnormality, or are being treated with thrombolysis and anticoagulation; 5. with blood-borne infectious diseases such as HBV, etc.; 6. have a mental disorder; 7. with combined tumor; 8. associated with other autoimmune diseases, or long-term immune inhibitors or hormones; 9. patients is difficult to communicate, or difficult to long-term follow-up; 10. doctors think there is other unsuitable situation.
