18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. diagnosed as inferior patellar fracture; 2. no history of patellar fracture in the same injured leg.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who cannot understand doctors' orders; 2. Patients who cannot follow doctors' orders or those who cannot participate in rehabilitation program; 3. Patients had a anothor fracture in the post operative period during the follow-up or underwent a severe trauma; 4. Patients took drugs that may affect fracture healing.
