10 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 10-50 years old; 2. comply with allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation indications; 3. No compatriots consistency but in urgent need of HLA matching patients to transplant; 4. No serious liver, kidney and other organ damage patients; 5. ECOG=3.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Serious neurological and psychiatric history; 2. extreme physical weakness expected survival <3 months; 3. with severe cardiovascular and lung, liver and kidney dysfunction; 4. uncontrollable infection; 5. No indications for transplantation.
