Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Gestational age greater than or equal to 37 weeks and less than 42 weeks, severe asphyxia, Umbilical cord blood: PH<7.0 and BE<-15, Apgar score <=3 lasts for 5 min; (2) Multiple organ failure, must include neurological damage or disturbance of consciousness, and abnormal muscle tone.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Congenital genetic metabolic diseases, congenital nervous system malformations, congenital malformations involving the cardiopulmonary function; (2) Children with unstable vital signs because of severe infection; (3) Gestational age less than or equal to 37 weeks.
