40 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged from 40 to 70 years; 2. Diagnosis of type 2 diabetes at least 3 years; 3. Patients with clinical manifestation of lower limbs chronic ischemia: lower limb pain or resting pain, cold feeling, skin color changes, intermittent claudication, or a local ulcer, or local necrosis; Conventional drug treatment for more than 3 months is invalid; The limb blood flow, or lower limb artery color doppler, or DSA angiography or magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) angiography, percutaneous oxygen partial pressure or infrared thermometer skin to judge the lower extremities vascular stenosis or occlusion; At least one leg ankle brachial index (ABI) values is less than 0.9; 4. Patients volunteered to participate in and sign the consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: those with severe heart, liver, renal insufficiency, severe cerebrovascular and lung disease are exclude; those with lower limb large area skin and soft tissue ulcer and gangrene or local infection before control are exclude.
