Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) the missing teeth by trauma; (2) the tooth with pulpitis can not be treated; (3) there was no obvious inflammation around the soft tissue, no obvious defects and fractures of the alveolar bone;(4) Deemed by the investigator to have adequate palatal bond quantity to get primary stability (>35Ncm).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) extraction with purulent secretion overflow; (2) the surrounding soft tissue with cellulitis; (3) extraction sites lack sufficient bone; (4)can not maitain good oral hygiene; (5) plan to be pregnant within 2 years.
