Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Esophageal carcinoma and colorectal carcinoma 1) High expression of EpCAM by immunochemistry in esophageal carcinoma (squamous cell carcinoma) and colorectal carcinoma (adennocarcinoma); 2) Patient who lack of the indication of surgery or refuse to accept another sugery for the recurrence of tumor after the previous surgery; 3) Age 30-75 years old; 4) Estimated survival > 6 months; 5) Complied with endoscopy procedure; 6) The patients and their relatives fully understand the goal and probable risks of the therapy, and are willing to sign the consent. Hepatocellular carcinoma, intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma and pancreatic carcinoma: 1) High expression of EpCAM by immunochemistry in hepatocellular carcinoma, intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma and pancreatic carcinoma; 2) Patient who lack of the indication of surgery or refuse to accept another sugery for the recurrence of tumor after the previous surgery; 3) Aged 18-75 years old; 4) Estimated survival > 6 months; 5) Complied with endoscopy and intervention procedure; 6) The patients and their relatives fully understand the goal and probable risks of the therapy, and are willing to sign the consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Esophageal carcinoma and colorectal carcinoma 1) Severe malnutrition (BMI<18); 2) Accompanied with underlying conditions which require the systemic administration of immunosuppressors or Glucocorticoids; 3) Uncontrolled prevailing infection; 4) HIV positive; 5) Active viral hepatitis; 6) Pregnant or breeding women; 7) Refusing to take any contraceptive measure during the therapy and follow-up; 8) Severve underlying systemic conditions involving heart, lung, kidney, brain and hematopoietic system. Hepatocellular carcinoma, intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma and pancreatic carcinoma: 1) Severe malnutrition (BMI<18); 2) Accompanied with underlying conditions which require the systemic administration of immunosuppressors or Glucocorticoids; 3) Uncontrolled prevailing infection; 4) HIV positive; 5) Active viral hepatitis; 6) Pregnant or breeding women; 7) Refusing to take any contraceptive measure during the therapy and follow-up; 8) Severve underlying systemic conditions involving heart, lung, kidney, brain and hematopoietic system.
