Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Selected patients according to the principle of voluntary, and signed a "informed consent"; 2. adult burn patients with II-III°burn degree of 50%-70% TBSA; 3. Admission within 24 hours after injury; 4. Aged 18-60 years, the gender is not limited.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who did not agree to participate in the study; 2. Compound injury or electric burn, chemical burn; 3. Patients with ulinastatin allergies or High allergic constitution; 4. Contraindications to the specification of drugs; 5. Renal failure or severe renal insufficiency had been seen on admission; 6. Heart failure or a history of severe cardiac insufficiency, III (New York Heart Association) NYHA on admission; 7. Pregnant or lactating women; 8. Participate in other clinical research within three months before this research; 9. Hormones, diuretics, vasoactive drugs and other drugs which affect vascular permeability have been used; 10. dying patients.
