Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnosis of severe aplastic anemia(SAA-I); 2. Not enrolled in other clinical trials; 3. Patients from 6 years old to 50 years old; 4. Sign informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pancytopenia attributing to other disorders,such as actue arrest of hemopoiesis,myelofibrosis and ect; 2. Severe comorbidities associated with cardio-cerebrovascular,liver and kidney or psychosis; 3. Associate with severe arrhythmia,such as rapid atrial fibrillation,atrial flutter,paroxysmal ventricular tachycardia and ect; 4. Associate with active peptic ulcer or other hemorrhagic disease; 5. Women in pregnancy, preparation for pregnancy or breast feeding period; 6. Allergic constitution; 7. Nearly three months have enrolled in other clinical trials or be enrolling in other clinical trials.
