Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The first diagnosis for patient is posterior skull base tumor with surgical indication, without surgical contraindication; 2. The patients diagnosed as posterior skull base tumor company with other diseases that do not affect the operation; 3. The patients who accept the combined microscopic-endoscopic surgery and have agreed and signed the informed consent; 4. The patients who are cooperated.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patients who do not accept the operation; 2. The patients who cannot be operated because of menstruation, fever, hypertension, heart attack, and so on; 3. The patients who do not agree or sign the informed consent.
