Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) the patients are in good health; 2) patients with single tooth planned to be extrated in the anterior maxilla; 3) traditional immediate implantation is not indicated: the thickness of buccal bone is less than 1.0mm or buccal bone defect exist; the verticle buccal bone defect is less than two third of the extracted tooth root; 4) Deemed by the investigator to have adequate palatal bond quantity to get primary stability (>35Ncm).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) According to the Consensus Statements of the fifth ITI Consensus Conference, the clinical conditions is satisfied to do immediate implantation; 2) can not stop smoking during the study; 3) can not maitain good oral hygiene; 4) plan to be pregnant within 2 years.
