Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. between 18 and 60 years old; 2. heart function is less than IV before operation; 3. diagnosed as aortic valve disease requiring aortic valve repair; 4. the patient agrees to take part in the experiment and sign the informed consent; 5. willing and able to follow the requirements for follow-up observation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. patients who have been implanted in a heart valve or valve; 2. patients need extra coronary artery bypass; 3. patients with active endocarditis; 4. participate in other clinical studies; 5. patients with drug abuse or alcohol abuse; 6. patients have severe or progressive cardiovascular or non cardiovascular disease. Life expectancy is less than 12 months; 7. pregnant women; 8. patients who cannot be performed in accordance with the guidelines.
