Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. All patients were 18 years or older at the time of enrollment, able to understand and provide informed consent,and scheduled for glaucoma surgery; 2. A glaucoma diagnosis of primary angle-closure glaucoma (PACG); 3. With glaucomatous optic nerve damage and visual field defects, optic nerve, and (or) perimetry in line with angle-closure glaucoma diagnosis (C / D> 0.6, C / D difference in both eyes> 0.2); 4. With the maximum medicament, elevated intraocular pressure may still cause further damage to the optic nerve, or intolerance, poor compliance if they had historically recorded maximum IOP of 21 mm Hg or greater; 5. Narrow angle or angle closure (<=Shaffer II); 6. No other histories of fundus disease and eye surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Juvenile glaucoma, traumatic glaucoma, neovascular glaucoma, normal tension glaucoma, secondary glaucoma; 2. Severe heart, lung disease, and advanced cancer; 3. With a history of mental illness; 4. Patients receiving anticoagulant therapy, kidney dialysis and pregnant women; 5. Refused to sign the informed consent; 6. Those who can not adhere to the follow-up.
