Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Biliary lesion which can't be definitely diagnosed by conventional ERCP and cytologic examinations; 2. Patients who have huge stones in bile duct and need carrying out electrohydraulic lithotripsy or laser lithotripsy under endoscope direct vision; 3. Subject is informed and voluntarily sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Duodenal papilla tumor or distal bile duct cancer (the distance from papilla smaller than 1 cm); 2. common bile duct distal stenosis (diameter smaller than 6mm); 3. Patient after stomach operation; 4. Patient who is allergic to iodine; 5. Refuse to accept oral direct choledochoscope examination or is unwilling to participate this study.
