1 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Severe aplastic anemia; 2. Aged younger than 45 years old; 3. With 9-10/10 HLA matched unrelated donor or 5/6 HLA matched related donor; 4. Life expectancy: more than one month; 5. Sign the informed consent document.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Congenital bone marrow failure; 2. With HLA matched sibling donor; 3. Severe organ dysfunction: serum ALT more than 3 times ULN, Ccr less than 60ml/min, left ventricular ejection fraction less than 50%.
