Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for systolic heart failure: 1. Aged 18 to 80 years; 2. Newly diagnosed outpatients and hospitalized patients with typical symptoms and signs of heart failure or diagonised heart failure patients; 3. Echocardiography showed LVEF<45%. Inclusion criteria for diastolic heart failure: 1. Aged 18 to 80 years; 2. Typical signs and symptoms of heart failure; 3. LVEF=45%. Heart chamber size is normal; 4. Echocardiographic evidence of left ventricular diastolic dysfunction; 5. Valvular disease, pericardial disease, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, Restrictive Myocardiopathy are excluded by Echocardiography.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Systolic blood pressure<90 mmHg or hemodynamic instability;Second-degree type II AV block or severer; HR<55 beats/min in conscious resting state; Significant abnormal liver or kidney function; Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; malignancy. Women with Pregnancy and lactation; Dementia or mental disorder; patients who are not suitable for this research based on researchers' evaluation, etc.
