Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Clinical diagnosed as achalasia by an physician with manometry diagnosis, barium esophagogram and endoscopic diagnosis.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) coagulant function abnormal or using anticoagulant drugs like aspirin nearly a week; (2) Recently there are signs of infection or using antibiotics for treatment; (3) have cirrhosis and (or)esophageal varices, acute erosive or infectious esophagitis, serious heart disease; (4) refused to sign the informed consent; (5) by reason of intraoperative bleeding was forced to terminate the operation.
