18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Radiographic confirmed abdominal trauma; 2.Aged 18-60 years old; 3.Hemodynamically stable; 4.vital signs stable(Blood pressure, respriation, heart rate); 5.Able to compliant the research plan, participate in this study voluntarily and sign a consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Mass Bleeding/severe abdominal infection with shock; 2. Serious circulation system, brain, liver and kidney disease; 3. Pregnancy and lactation women; 4. Poor Compliance, difficult to finish the treat programme; 5. Serious immune function defects; 6. Drug abuser.
