Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with 30~80 years of ages who were suggested to undergoing amputation for the cause of peripheral artery disease, and those who would be willing to provide written informed consent would be included in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: congenital or hereditary coagulation dysfunction, abnormal platelet count or platelet dysfunction, preoperative cerebral hemorrhage or neurosurgery in preceding 3 months, traumatic-caused limb ischemia, active peptic ulcer.
