65 Years to 95 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Voluntary patients with written informed consent; 2. Male patients >=65 years; 3. Histological proven locolized intermediate- and high-risk prostate cancer; 4. With indication of radical radiation therapy; 5. Karnofksy performance score >=70; 6. Life expectancy >=5 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Stage T4 prostate cancer, or imaged proved nodal or distal metastasis; 2. With history of prostatic operation; 3. With history of pelvic irradiation; 4. Known other primary malignant diseases; 5. Severe basic diseases: hypertension, cardiovascular disease, history of mental disease or allergy.
