28 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. To be aged >=18 years; 2. with the indication of THA or TKA; 3. incise drape would be used during the operation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. allergic to iodine; 2. inflammation in operation area; 3. the result of first bacterial culture is positive.
