Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Rheumatoid arthritis(RA), ankylosing spondylitis(AS), gout (Gout), sjogren's syndrome(SS), orsystemic lupus erythematosus (SLE)patients with chief complaint are arthralgia; 2. patients aged between 18 to 60 years old who up to the standard of the above five kinds of disease diagnosis; 3. Voluntarily agree to participate in this experiment and clinical study signed an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients aged60 years; 2. Pregnant or lactating women; 3. Patients with serious hepatic, cardiovascular, renal, or hematological diseases, mental illness;or with severe joint deformation disabled; 4. Patients inappropriate to be included.
