Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. SLE patients who meet 1997 ACR criteria;2. Clinical manifestations with one of the following conditions:Thrombocytopenia, disease-associated rash, non-infectious type of fever, mouth ulcers, urinary protein = 0.5g, new onset of vasculitis such as thrombosis and gangrene, NPSLE;3. The laboratory has at least on of the following conditions:ANA> 1:160, AnuA antibody, dsDNA antibodies, immune globulin, complement C3 and C4 decreased, leukopenia<3×10^9/l, thrombocytopenia<100×10^9/L;4. The standard treatment is ineffective or relapse;5. Disease activity: SLEDAI = 10 score.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe chronic liver, kidney, heart dysfunction; 2. Severe drug-resistant infections such as bacteremia, sepsis; 3. Cancer; 4. Respiratory failure; 5. Unefficiency treatment of high-dose steroid pulse therapy of patients; 6. 3 months of rituximab or other biological agents were; 7. PPD> 10mm; 8. Patients with mental disease.
