Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Graves' disease; 2. Pregnant women.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients combined with thyroid tumor or thyroiditis; 2. Patients who is more suitable for radioiodine or surgery; 3. Serious hepatic impairment or agranulocytosis; 4. Patients after thyroid surgery or radioiodine therapy
