Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patients who are first diagnosed as acute non-cardiac ischemic stroke according to the criteria of 2010 Chinese guideline, ages from 18~80 years; 2. who previously have no clopidogrel therapy or not taking clopidogrel at least 7 days before admission, then would take clopidogrel treatment at least 1 year; 3. In order to reduce the interference factors,patients whose National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) score less than 15 points are included; 4. all patients are informed and sign consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. clopidogrel allergy; 2. implementation of thrombolysis; 3. hemorrhagic stroke, blood diseases, autoimmune diseases or combined with other seriously diseases; 4. taking anticoagulation (as warfarin, heparin) within a month; 5.the routine blood test indicates platelet counts less than 100*10^9/L or more than 300*10^9/L.
