18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: the first-time stroke within 1 week, 18-70 years old, hemiplegia with muscular strenth no more than 3 degree, diagnosed as cerebral infarction of the middle cerebral artery territory according to clinical manifestations and CT/MRI presentation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Diabetes mellitus, renal or cardiac malfunction, history of peripheral nerve diseases, central nervous diseases, rheumatic diseases, hematic diseases, cancer, HIV positive, cardiac pacemaker,alcoholic, contact with any other medication or toxin leading to possible peripheral nerve injury.
