Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. partial epilepsy with or without secondary generalized epilepsy; 2. antiepileptic drugs for regular treatment, but failed to control seizure effectively; 3. the multiple lesions or uncertain the localization.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The patients with nervous system diseases, mental disorders, cardiac arrhythmia, peptic ulcer disease or systemic conditions.
