Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) aged 18-75 years; 2) ECOG performance status (PS) 0–2; 3) Patients diagnosed with locally advanced pancreatic cancer according to the NCCN guidelines; 4) Patients with pathologically confirmed adenocarcinoma of pancreatic; or had clinical features of patients with a clinical diagnosis of pancreatic cancer; 5) adequate bone marrowabsolute neutrophil count (ANC); 1500 cells/mm3, platelet count: 100,000 cells/mm3, and hemoglobin: 10 g/dL; 6) kidney function (serum creatinine <115 umol/L) and liver function (serum total bilirubin <34 umol/L).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) With distant metastatic disease; 2) Patients with prior malignancy were ineligible for the study, with the exception of those who had experienced nonmelanoma skin cancer, in situ cancer of the cervix, or other cancer for which the patient had been disease free for >=5 yr. 3) Obstructive jaundice without external biliary drainage; 4) With uncontrolled infection or diabetes mellitus; 5) Had received abdominal irradiation before; 6) Poor compliance.
