35 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Uterine fibroids: 1. Patients younger than 50 years old, completed childbearing or no longer desired fertility; 2. Pttients sought PMAT treatment and rejected hysterectomy and other treatments (HIFU and UAE or myomectomy, and so on); 3. Patients without pelvic inflammatory disease; 4. Patients with menorrhagia more than 1 year or symptoms of pelvic pain, back pain, anemia or bulk pressure; 5. Patients with no history of the rapid enlargement of the fibroid in a short period of time (excluding the possibility of carcinomatous change of fibroid); Adenomyosis: 1. Patients younger than 50 years old, completed childbearing or no longer desired fertility; 2. Patients with dysmenorrhea or menorrhagia more than 1 year which effects the quality of life and without obvious improvement with medicine or other treating methods; 3. Patients wihout gynecological malignant tumors; 4. The thickness of uterine junction belt >=12mm, the thickness of lesion >3cm.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Uterine fibroids: 1. Patients older than 50 years old; 2. Patients desire future pregnancy; 3. Cervix CIN 3 degree; 4. Patients have malignant tumor of any organ; 5. Patients with disease hematological system; 6. Patients cannot tolerate intravenous anaesthesia (for example brain, heart, liver or kidney diseases) Adenomyosis: 1. Patients older than 47 years old; 2. Patients desire future pregnancy; 3. Cervix CIN 3 degree 4. Patients have malignant tumor of any organ; 5. Patients with disease hematological system; 6. Patients cannot tolerate intravenous anaesthesia (for example brain, heart, liver or kidney diseases).
