Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: High-risk acute myeloid leukemia patients with AML1/ETO undergoing allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplant.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Active GVHD; 2. Uncontrolled severe infection; 3. Organ failure; 4. Early relapse or death after HSCT.
