18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria: 1. Aged 18 years or older,both men and women; 2. Pathologically confirmed or clinically diagnosedHCC; 3. Without extrahepatic metastasis; 4. Neoplastic lesions withlongest diameter>3cm and ==50*10^9/L; -ANC >1000/mm3; 10. Estimated life expectancy >=12 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Intrahepatic single lesion with the longest diameter =150mmHg or diastolic pressure >100mmHg; 9. Heart diseases; 10. HIV infection or the presence of AIDS related diseases, or severeacute and chronic diseases; 11. Severe active infection (>2, NCI-CTCAE 3.0); 12. Cannt intake orally; 13. Poor compliance considered by investigator; 14. Epilepsy patients needing drug therapy (eg: steroid or antiepileptic drugs); 15. Drug abuse or other psychological or psychiatric diseases which may produce incompliance; 16. The presence of Sorafenibcontraindication; 17. Any instability or endanger to deterioratethe patients safety and compliance1.
