Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) subjects voluntary and sign this test of informed consent; (2) aged 18 to 65 years between, male or female, weight kg = (height cm - 100) +/- 15%; (3) ASA I-II; (4) need performed under general anesthesia surgery elective surgical procedures and need endotracheal intubation of surgery patients, the demands of the surgery for after appropriate preoperative preparation of non emergency hospital patients, 1 to 2 hours, could not not open chest surgery; (5) the subjects can follow doses and supervision plan; (6) systolic blood pressure (SBP) for 90 ~ 140 mmHg, and diastolic blood pressure (DBP) or less 90 mmHg; Temperature /= 100 g/L), platelet ((>/= 75*10^9/L) and white blood cells (3~15*10^9/L); 2) urine routine: urinary protein (< +), urine sugar (< +), ket (negative); 3) liver function: ALT, AST, total bilirubin (TBIL) and alkaline phosphatase (ALP) in normal reference range; Serum albumin was 32 g/L; 4) renal: BUN and Cr in normal reference range; 5) blood sugar: fasting plasma glucose (FPG, 3.0 ~ 8.9 mmol/L or 55 ~ 160 mg/dL); 6) blood fat: total cholesterol (TC < 7.75 mmol/L or 300 mg/dL) and triglyceride (TG < 3.42 mmol/L or 300 mg/dL); 7) myocardial enzymology: creatine kinase (CK) and creatine kinase isozyme - MB (CK - MB) not more than 1.5 times of the upper limit value of the reference; 8) electrolyte: Na+ (130 ~ 150 mmol/L), K+ (3.0 ~ 5.5 mmol/L), Ca2+ (2.0 ~ 2.9 mmol/L); 9) normal chest X-ray finding or no clinical significance of heart and lung lesions.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) does not comply with the who criteria, or the anesthesiologist decision did not think fit to participate in this conner; (2) with chronic pain the long-term use of analgesics and spiritual system drugs (including opiates, NSAIDs, sedative, antidepressants), alcohol abusers; (3) weight below or more than 15% of the standard weight; (4) preoperative liver, kidney (ALT, AST, BUN, Cr) abnormal increase; (5) always have abnormal surgery anesthesia recovery history; (6) before a history of hypertension or into the operating room measurement systolic blood pressure > 140 mmHg or diastolic blood pressure > 90 mmHg; (7) with esophageal reflux disease; (8) in preoperative 24 hours using the sedative, anti-emetic, resist itch drugs; (9) to be expected to difficult intubation; (10) implementation of liver, kidney operation; (11) have opioid drug allergy history; (12) 15 days taken monoamine oxidase inhibiting drugs or antidepressant drugs; (13) shock patient; (14) COPD patient; (15) pregnant or maternity; (16) three months in other drug test; (17) directly involved in test of bid for the person or the researchers or their family members; (18) the researchers think there's any reason not enrolled.
