Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing implantation of dual chamber pacing due to high grade AV block or who are ventricular pacing dependent, and, whose RV lead will be placed at RV apex
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients who have had known history of heart failure or in acute clinical heart failure due to systolic dysfunction; 2) Patients with systolic dysfunction with LV ejection fraction <50%; 3) Patients who had biventricular pacemaker implantation; 4) Patients who are in permanent atrial fibrillation; 5) Patients who received single chamber pacemaker that pace either right atrium or RV; 6) Patients who had a ventricular lead placed in a site other than RV apex, e.g. RV outflow tract; 7) Patients with hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy; 8) Patients who refuse to participate the study,
