Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. HCC patients without any treatment; 2. Single lesion diameter <=8cm or multiple lesions diameter <=4cm; 3. Preoperative assessment of liver function; 4. Blood coagulation function normal.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant or lactation period women; 2. Patient has received other treatment; 3. Portal vein and hepatic vein and IVC tumor thrombus; 4. Extrahepatic metastasis.
