14 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. age >=14 years, for both gender; 2. Diagnosised as outflow tract ventricular premature beats or non-sustained ventricular tachycardia by 12 lead ECG, without obvious symtoms; 3. Holter examination showed the the premature ventricular cnotractions burden were more than 5% or ventricular tachycardia,and those patient doesn't willing to revevie the drugs or cathter ablation intervention.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. pathients wiht malignant tumor or other serious illnesses, and the life expectancy <1 year; 2. pathients wiht structural heart disease (including coronary heart disease, heart failure, cardiomyopathy, myocarditis, congenital heart disease, valvular heart disease) or heart ultrasound abnormal; 3. NYHF class III, IV; 4. sustained ventricular tachycardia; 5. the outflow tract ventricular arrhythmia caused by reversible reasons (electrolyte imbalance, drugs, poisoning and infection, etc.) ; 6. incapacity or loss of part of the incapacitated person; 7. cognitive impairment, dementia, severe psychiatric patients; 8. Patinets with significantly abnormal liver and kidney function and other serious uncontrolled systemic diseases (such as blood system diseases).
