Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age of 20 years old or more (110years), male or female, coronary heart disease, hypertensive heart disease, dilated cardiomyopathy, valvular heart disease, echocardiography prompted = EF45%, BNP >=100 pg / mL, 6 minutes walking distance <=425m, disease recurrent after drug treatment, clinical symptoms, New York Heart classification cardiac function III.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Highly allergic or have serious allergy history; shock or systemic failure of the vital signs are normal and do not cooperate with the inspection; with advanced malignancies; systemic infection or severe localized infection to be anti-infective rehabilitation; combinedliver, kidney and other importantorgan dysfunction; coagulation disorders such as hemophilia; positive serology, such as AIDS, hepatitis B, syphilis, etc.; non-nervous system disorders, diagnosis is not yet clear; very few expectations are too high or not realisticrequirements; chromosomal or genetic defects, immune dysfunction.
