18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Han Chinese; more than 18 or less than 60 years; having no a history of renal transplantation or multiple organ transplantation; ABO blood type compatibility; PRA negative

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: taking other medications influencing PK of CsA except calcium-channel blocker Diltiazem Hydrochloride (Hexinshuang, Tanabe Seiyaku, Tianjin, China); having a history of hepatitis B, hepatitis C or HIV; or being patients whose electronic medical records cannot be obtained.
