1 Years to 55 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. severe aplastic anemia; 2. Aged 1-55 years old; 3. non-response to immunosuppression therapy; 4. No HLA-matched sibling donor or URD; 5. no severe infection and organ damage; 6. Physical score 0~2(WHO); 7. Sign the informed consent document.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. non-severe aplastic anemia; 2. Age: more than 55 years old; 3. response to immunosuppression therapy; 4 severe comorbidity; 5. Physical score >2(WHO); 6 not sign the informed consent document.
