Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 18 years and older; 2. Patients hospitalized for acute heart failure; 3. Patients have signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with malignant tumors; 2. Patients with cognitive dysfunction or dementia; 3. Patients with severe mental illness; 4. Patients with uncontrolled systemic disease; 5. Patients can not understand or the protocol or comply with the study; 6. Patients Do not want to sign the informed consent.
