Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with essential hypertension; 2. Living with family members; 3. Be willing to participate in this study; 4. Without advanced hypertension related complications.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Secondary hypertension; 2. Patients living solely; 3. Refuse to participate; 4. With advanced complications.
