Age

50 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pathologic confirmed to be prostate adenocarcinoma; 2. KPS score>=70; 3. Aged between 50 and 75 years; 4. AJCC stages T1~T3, PSA<=20ng/ml, Gleason score<=8; 5. prostate volume<=60 ml; 6. No evidence of lymphnode and distant involvement; 7. No history of surgery, radiotherapy, or chemotherapy of prostate; 8. Hormonal therapy less than 90 days; 9. Signed informed agreement form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Advanced stage of local diseases beyond the criteria of enrollment; 2. Severe and uncontrollable complications related to heart\liver\kidney\brain\endocrine; 3. Severe hydronephrosis; 4. Bad patient compliance, and couldn't follow the direction of doctor.
