Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The pathological and histological experimental for nasopharyngeal carcinoma of the horns; 2. The clinical stages III-IV a (2008 stage) first visit with NPC; 3. Age 18-65 years old; 4. No blood diseases, before the group of white blood cells more than equal to 4.0*10^9/L, is less than or equal to 10*10^9/L, is equal or greater than 100*10^9 platelet/L, hemoglobin is equal or greater than 80 g/L; 5. Liver function (ALT, AST is less than or equal to limit *1.5 times of normal), kidney: creatinine clearance is equal or greater than 60 ml/min; 6. KPS score more than equal to 70; 7. Already informed agreement signed.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The pathological and histological for Angle of cancer; 2. Older than 65 years or less than 18 years; 3. Serious heart impaired kidney function; 4. Have other malignant tumors history; 5. Once a radiation and chemotherapy; 6. Pregnant women or feeding period; 7. Mental disorders or can't articulate response to treatment.
