18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. age>18; 2. including following cause of diseases: 1) severe trauma or burn; 2) severe infection; 3) various shock, esp infectivity and hemorrhagic shock; 4) overmuch blood transfusion(more than 3L/d); 5) acute drug or poisons intoxication,et al. 3. be fulfilled criteria for systemic inflammatory response syndrome: including the following two or more than two conditions: 1) temperature between 36 to 38 degree C; 2) heart rate is above 90 per minute; 3) breath is above 20 per minute or arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide is below 32mmHg; 4) peripheral blood leucocyte is more than 12*10^9/L or lower than 4.0*10^9/L, or the ratio of premature leucocyte is more than 10%.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. the patients with 3 or more than 3 multiple organ dysfunction; 2. pregnant women.
