Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy volunteers and patients of ICU

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with severe heart failure and arrhythmias, lower limbs disability, severe lower extremity vascular disease, severe edema of both lower extremities and abdominal water were not involved in the experiment.
