Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. age between 18 and 80 years; 2. clinical diagnosis according to the diagnosis criteria of internation Vogt-Koyanagi harada disea; 3. sign the consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. unable to insist on fellow-up for one year; 2. secondary glaucoma or intraocular pressure higher than 30 mmHg was detected in two fellow-up; 3. secondary cataract which the lens is too opaque for indirect microophalmoscopy examination; 4. systemic contradictions for oral steroid and/or immunosuppression treatment; 5. recieved cataract surgery in recent 6 months or plan to recieve cataract surgery in next 6 months.
